Since a grade school lesson on Genghis Khan inspired a lifelong desire to uncover her own genealogical ties to the conqueror, Isadora has had an insatiable drive to get inside any subject matter. This curiosity moves her to ask big questions and find new ways to disrupt established conventions—from developing business models that tackle social issues to reimagining traditional businesses as nimble enterprises navigating a changing world.
After earning an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, Isadora’s passion for social change inspired her to co-found MyLu Foods, a social enterprise focused on providing affordable healthy foods in “food deserts.” Prior to joining ?What If!, Isadora was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in New York. She received a degree in individualized studies from the Gallatin School at NYU, concentrating in international relations and social responsibility in business.
Isadora’s combined love for food and travel has led her to gorge on dubiously sanitary but definitely delicious street food across five continents. When at home in Brooklyn, Isadora likes to concoct experiments in the kitchen that optimize for both health and taste, dote on her houseplants, and indulge in reckless bouts of karaoke.
