Cup & Compass

Philip David Crouse is the Founder of Cup & Compass which is an organic beverage company serving emerging casual and fast casual restaurants. Founded in his kitchen while pursuing an MBA at Columbia, Philip now sells his line of organic drinks to restaurants throughout the world. 

Prior to founding the business, Philip worked for four nationally distributed food and beverage companies and he started his career at Deloitte Consulting in New York City. Philip earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his A.B. in Political Science and Entrepreneurship at Washington University in St. Louis. During his time at WashU, Philip was an active entrepreneur, founding and selling a successful bicycle rental business called Bears Bikes, which is still in operation today!
